Supporting Future Skills Through Industry–Education Collaboration
As part of our commitment to social responsibility and skills development, Bonfiglioli Engineering welcomed final-year students from the IIS N. Copernico A. Carpeggiani in Ferrara, http://www.iiscopernico.edu.it/, for a career orientation day dedicated to IFTS (Higher Technical Education and Training) programs.
As a partner of these educational pathways together with CFP Futura https://www.cfp-futura.it/, Bonfiglioli Engineering is committed to initiatives that help strengthen the connection between education and industry, supporting the development of future technical skills.
During the visit, students had the opportunity to explore our packaging integrity inspection technologies and gain first-hand insight into the role of innovation, engineering precision, and reliability in highly regulated industries, including pharmaceutical and medical packaging.
We strongly believe in collaboration between companies, schools, and training institutions to build technical skills and create long-term value for both individuals and the wider community. We will continue supporting initiatives that strengthen the connection between education and industry, helping future generations explore career opportunities and develop practical competencies.
By opening our doors to future professionals, we aim to contribute to the development of the skills and expertise that will help shape tomorrow’s industrial landscape.
